At night, the bus will pick you up at the gate of the hotel and you will go towards Cairo, collecting tourists from other hotels (the time allocated for the gathering of the whole group is about 1.5 hours). The road to Cairo takes 7 hours.
The first stop will be the old National Museum in Tahrir Square. It houses the second largest collection of artifacts from the ancient Egyptian era. All the time you will have a Russian-speaking historical guide with you, who will tell you a lot of interesting and informative things about ancient Egypt and beyond.
Then you will be taken to lunch at a restaurant of national cuisine on the banks of the Nile. After that, if you wish, you can take a boat ride along the Nile. If you don’t want to swim, you can relax in the air-conditioned bus during this time.
The second stop will be a visit to the Giza plateau with the great pyramids and the Sphinx. Near the pyramids, you will be given 40 minutes of free time to walk and take pictures.
The third stop is a visit to oil and papyrus stores.
